Babacan confirms that Erdogan’s regime plays key role in fueling crisis in Syria

Head of the opposition Democracy and Progress Party in Turkey, Ali Babacan, confirms that the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan has played a key role in fueling the crisis in Syria.

Babacan told Haberturk news channel, “Erdogan has exploited the developments in Syria, so he intervened directly there without any justification.”

He pointed out that Erdogan’s policies of intervention in the affairs of other countries violate international norms and laws, stressing that these failed policies and his temperament have caused many internal and external problems for Turkey.
