Azzam Visits Russian Embassy in Damascus, Conveys President Al-Assad’s Condolences on Victims of Kemerovo Fire

 DAMASCUS, (ST)- Representing  President Bashar Al-Assad, Minister of State for Presidential Affairs Mansour Azzam visited the Russian Embassy in Damascus to offer condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian Ambassador to Syria Alexander Kinshchak  and the friendly people of Russia over the victims of the Kemerovo fire which claimed the lives of 64 people.

Azzam wrote a note in the condolences book in which he expressed President Al-Assad’s heartfelt condolences to President Putin, to the Russian people and to the families of the victims of the tragic incident, wishing the wounded persons speed recovery.

 Prime Minster Imad Khamis accompanied by ministers of health and transport also visited the Russian Embassy and offered condolences to the Russian people and government and wished the Russian Federation and people continuous progress and prosperity.
