Azzam Hoists Syrian flag in WKC

SOFIA,(ST)-Outstanding Syrian karate player Osama Azzam has finished third in the World Karate Championship.

The said event was hosted by the Burgas city of Bulgaria.

Azzam received standing ovation throughout his bout till he managed to win this prestigious place.

Scores of athletes  representing 18 nations took part in the event.

It is worth noting    that the Syrian community in Bulgaria honored Azzam.
