At the invitation of the People’s Assembly, a Belarusian delegation to accompany the presidential elections in Syria

 In response to an invitation from the People’s Assembly, the House of Representatives in the Republic of Belarus formed a delegation to participate in accompanying the May 26thpresidential elections in Syria.

The delegation includes a number of members of Parliament and specialists in electoral matters, while the delegation is expected to arrive in Damascus on May 23rd.

 

At the end of April, the People’s Assembly invited a number of parliaments of brotherly and friendly countries, including the House of Representatives in the Republic of Belarus, to send representatives to keep pace with the elections.
