At least eleven civilians martyred in Israeli airstrikes on school sheltering displaced persons south of Gaza City
At least 11 civilians were martyred and dozens were injured today in an Israeli airstrike targeting a school sheltering displaced people in the Zeitoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
Local sources reported that the occupation’s warplanes bombed the al-Hurriya School, which shelters displaced people in the Zeitoun neighborhood, claiming the lives of 11 citizens and wounding dozens, according to WAFA News Agency.
A young man was also martyred in an Israeli drone strike on Beit Hanoun, north of Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, which has resulted so far in the martyrdom of 44,249 civilians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 104,746 others.
