At least 42 Israeli soldiers and settlers were killed and around 750 others were injured on Saturday in the “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” launched this morning by the Palestinian resistance in Gaza Strip in response of the Israeli continuous violations and attacks against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinians.

Earlier Palestinian media report said that the resistance fired more than 5000 rockets on Israeli settlements in the vicinity of the Strip and in “Tel Aviv” and a number of settlements in the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948.

The resistance men stormed into a number of settlements adjacent to the Strip where clashes with the Israeli soldiers and settlers erupted. During this operation, the resistance men managed to kill a number of Israeli soldiers and settlers, capture dozens others and control some vehicles affiliated to the occupation.

According to Palestinian media outlets, the Palestinian resistance also managed to capture the so-called “Gaza Division Commander” in the Israeli occupation army, General Nimrod Aloni.

For its part, the Israeli media acknowledged that 22 Israeli soldiers and settlers were killed, more than 600 others were injured, and 35 were captured in the “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” launched by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip this morning.

Later, the Israeli media acknowledged the killing of two settlers as a result of the Palestinian resistance targeting the city of Ashkelon in the occupied territories of 1948, bringing the death toll of the Isareli soldiers and settlers to 42.
