PROVINCES,(ST)_At least 13 civilians have been martyred and over 78 others wounded in terrorist attacks in Aleppo, Damascus and Homs, according to the official news agency (SANA).
The deadly terrorist attack took place in northern Aleppo province when several shells and local-made missiles hit quarters of al-Hamdaneyeh and Sa’dallah al-Jaberi square in the city, killing almost 11 civilians and wounding over 50 people.
Five more civilians were wounded today morning by another terrorist mortar attack on al-Baramkeh area in the capital [Damascus], the agency reported, citing a police command source.
Repeated Attacks on Jaramana City
While in Jaramana city in Damascus countryside, at least one civilian was martyred and 18 wounded as nine shells landed in quarters of al-Baladeyeh [Municipality], al-Baydar, al-Kheder, Daf al-Sakher, al-Nasim and al-Hemsi.
About 9 children were among those who were wounded by the mortar attack on Jaramana city, a source at police command said.
Last night, terrorists fired several shells on the same city [Jaramana] where 13 civilians, including children and women, were wounded.
Dozens of civilians were martyred and wounded by the armed terrorist groups’ recurrent mortar attacks on the city of Jaramana.
Terrorists assassinate the Father Francis in Homs
In Homs province, a veiled terrorist shot dead the Father Francis Vander Lokht al-Yaso’ee, according to a source at Homs Governorate, who clarified that the Father was assassinated at dawn in the monastery in Bistan al-Dewan quarter.
The same province [Homs] witnessed mortar attacks on quarters of al-Insha’at and al-Midan where two civilians were wounded.
A local-made missile also landed near March 8 square in Homs city on Damascus highway, leaving at least one civilian wounded in addition to material damages to a car at the scene.
Fire on state employees
On Damascus-Quneitra Highway, terrorists opened fire on a bus picking up employees to the Directorate of Agriculture in Quneitra . Almost 2 persons were wounded, one of them was in a critical condition.
