Art Show Entitled “Phoenix”

LATTAKIA (ST) _ On the occasion of  the  anniversary of  the founding of the  Syrian Arab Army ,Union of Revolutionary  Youth Organization  presented  an art  show entitled “Phoenix” on the Dar al-Assad  theatre for culture in Lattakia.

This  show, presented  by  Ugarit band embodied  dancer art  paintings  accompanied  by different  Syrian  antiquities, emphasized the nobility of the Syrian civilization  belonging  to thousands of years.

the opening of the show ,the secretary of Lattakia branch of the Baath Arab Socialist Party ,Dr Mohmad Shuraitah said :the Syrian people are celebrating  this  great occasion to send a message to the whole world  that Syria after this Wahhabia  Takfiria war  has triumphed by its constants , its national flag , the oneness of its army with its leader” victories maker”.

Syria downed the project of the enemies of humanity, added Dr. Shuraitah, stressing that Syria the good  land which offered  a lot of martyrs and will remain steadfast and dear thanks to its honorable  sons.

For his part ,the governor of Lattakia ,Ibrahim Khidder  al-Salem said: this festival is a festival of people, a festival of  the home  and a festival of victory which depicts  the championships of our  Syrian Arab Army  with  its wise leadership.

Maan  Abboud, the head of Revolutionary  Youth Union in  Lattakia confirmed  that  the Syrian Arab Army deserves  all  loyalty and  appreciation for his championships and sacrifices for  the sake of the homeland, noting that the organization is trying through this event to express the youth appreciation for the sacrifices of brave army.

 In addition to that, the show direction, Okba  Wakel said: that  this work represents Syria with all its components  through the stages of history ,explaining that the idea  of working  adopted from phoenix  which shake the dust of its wings at each stage passes by ,to a new greater rise and resurrection.
