Army units thwart an attempt to detonate a car bomb in Al-Kashif neighborhood in Daraa city

Daraa (ST): Engineering units of the Syrian Arab Army dismantled a car bomb in the Kashif neighborhood of Daraa city.

The Ministry of Defense stated in a statement that after the follow-up and monitoring operations, the competent security authorities were able to seize a car rigged with about 100 kg of TNT, M-D mines, and an artillery shell in Al-Kashif neighborhood in Daraa.

The statement indicated that the engineering units of the Syrian Arab Army attended immediately and safely dismantled the car, mines and other booby-trapped materials.
