Army thwarts terrorist infiltration attempts towards military points in Hama countryside

Hama – Units of the Syrian Arab Army thwarted infiltration attempts by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization and its affiliated groups to sneak into military points in Hama northern countryside.

SANA said that the army units carried out concentrated strikes against the terrorist groups, most of whom belong to Jabhat al-Nusra and the so called “al-Ezza Brigades” while attempting to infiltrate towards the military points centered in the surroundings of Souran city and al-Masasneh village in the northern countryside of Hama.

SANA added that the artillery strikes forced the terrorists to flee away , as heavy losses were inflicted upon them in personnel and munitions.
