Army thwarts terrorist attack in Quneitra, kills scores of terrorists in Hama

Quneitra/Hama – A Syrian Arab Army unit thwarted an attack by terrorist groups on military points in the eastern countryside of Quneitra.

SANA said that an army unit, backed by supporting forces, clashed with terrorist groups that had infiltrated from the direction of Mas’hara/Um Batina/al-Ajraf towards military points in the vicinity of Juba village and the area of Tal Koroum Juba in the eastern countryside of the province.

 The infiltration attempt was frustrated after killing or injuring most of the terrorists and destroying one of their vehicles, while the rest fled, leaving their weapons behind.

Army kills scores of terrorists in Hama countryside

The Syrian Arab Army targeted a vehicle used by terrorist organizations in the northwestern countryside of Hama, killing the terrorists who were inside it.

SANA said that an army unit ambushed a vehicle transporting a number of terrorists on al-Ankawi/Qlidin road in the northwestern countryside of the province, targeting it with the appropriate weapons which caused the death of all terrorists who were inside it.

SANA added that army’s reconnaissance units are monitoring the area to prevent terrorists from infiltrating towards the military points as well as cutting terrorists’ supplying routes.
