Army retaliates to Jabhat al-Nusra breaches, kills scores of terrorists in Hama countryside

Hama – In response to the frequent breaches of the de-escalation zone agreement, army units carried out concentrated operations against positions and gatherings of the terrorist organizations in Hama northern countryside.

SANA said that army units positioned in Hama countryside on Wednesday conducted precise strikes against gatherings and dens of terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Hwaija town and the villages of al-Sahryia and Sahab in the northern countryside.

SANA added that a number of terrorists’ dens and their weapons and ammunition were destroyed, in addition to killing scores of them and injuring others.

 

Earlier in the morning, terrorist groups positioned to the north of Hama City fired several shells on al-Rasif town in al-Suqaylbiya area, causing only material damage to some houses and properties and no fatalities were reported.
