Army restores security to many areas in Quneitra

Provinces, (ST) – Units of the armed Forces on Monday staged mop-up operations  against terrorists’ groupings nationwide, killing scores  and destroyed their weapons.

In Quneitra ,units of the armed forces, in cooperation with the civil defence, restored security and stability to the towns of al-Samdaniye al-Sharqiye, Rasm al-Bghal, Rasm al-Khawaled, Rasm al-Shuli and Mumtana in Quneitra .

In Damascus and its Countryside, army units wiped out lots of terrorists  t in Bustan al-Basha and near al-Salam Mosque in Barzeh, at the Damascus-Homs highway near al-Nabek,Yabroud ,Maaloula,Douma,in the farms around al-Otaiba,Harasta,Erbin,Daraya and Jobar,according to a military source.

In DeirEzzorcountryside,an official source told the official news agency  that an army unit destroyed two cars equipped with heavy machineguns and killed 11 terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and ” Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham” in Kabajib area on DeirEzzor-Homs.

The source added that another army unit killed all member of an armed terrorist group on DeirEzzor-al-Mayaden road..

In Hasakacountryside, a unit of the armed forces carried out operation against a terrorists’ den in Jelak area in Qamishli countryside, killing and injuring most of the terrorists inside it.

In Aleppo, terrorists received big blows at the hands of the armed forces in al-Kastilo and DeirHafer,in the Old Aleppo, al-Mansoura, Hadadin and Handarat.

Meanwhile, an army unit clashed with terrorists who were attempting to sneak into al-Sayyed Ali neighborhood.

In Idlebcountryside, units of the armed forces carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Tranbeh and Sarmen towns, in addition to destroying 3 cars loaded with weapons in Taftanaz and Saraqib.

The army units also eliminated many terrorists in Doeir al-Akrad, Salmo, al-Shoeiha and al-Mjas towns and villages.

In Homsand its countryside, an army unit eliminated a number of terrorist leaders in an operation targeting a hideout near Mustafa Basha Mosque in Bab Houd neighborhood in Homs city,in the area surrounding the national hospital in al-Karabis neighborhood and near Khadija al-Kobra school in al-Qusour neighborhood,in the villages of Talas and Tal Dao in al-Hula, al-Dar al-Kabira, south of al-Ghasbiyeh cemetery and the area surrounding al-Khaldiyeh village.

Terrorist hideouts were also destroyed near the municipal stadium and KhalijKisin in al-Rastan.
