Army kills members of terrorist organizations in several areas

 

Provinces – Army units on Saturday carried out wide military operations against terrorist organizations’ dens, killing many of their members and destroying their vehicles and weapons in several areas around the country, SANA reported.

Daraa

An army unit targeted Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ gatherings and vehicles in Daraa al-Balad area near borders with Jordan in Daraa southern province.

A military source said that many terrorists were killed during the operation and three machinegun barricades to the south of al-Menshiya were destroyed in addition to two vehicles equipped with machineguns to the south of al-Naziheen (displaced) Camp.

 

Hama

All members of a terrorist group were killed and Turkish-made ammunition and medicines were confiscated on the road of al-Qantara village in the southern countryside of Hama central province.

The military source added that a unit of the army and the armed forces carried out a special operation against the movement of a terrorist group that was transporting ammunition and arms to the terrorist groups which exist in the road of al-Qantara village in the southern countryside.

The source added that all members of the terrorist group affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra were killed and Turkish-made ammunition and medicines were confiscated.

Deir Ezzor

Army and Armed Forces units eliminated a number of ISIS terrorists who had infiltrated a hospital in Deir Ezzor city and taken doctors, patients, and other civilians hostage.

A source on the ground said that army units clashed with a group of ISIS terrorists that had infiltrated al-Assad Hospital in Deir Ezzor, which resulted in the death of the terrorists.
