Army Kills Many Terrorists, Foils Terrorist Group’s Infiltration Bids Southwestern Aleppo

PROVINCES– The Army and Armed Forces on Wednesday continued targeting positions and vehicles of terrorists from ISIS and other terror organizations across the country, with the Syrian Air Force destroying ISIS positions and vehicles in Deir Ezzor, SANA reported.

Army units in south west Aleppo thwarted an infiltration attempt by terrorist groups, inflicting heavy losses in personnel and munitions upon them at a time when the Syrian Air Force destroyed many gatherings for them and killed a number of them in various areas in Aleppo countryside.

A military source said in a statement to SANA that army units thwarted many infiltration attempts by terrorist groups south west Aleppo, killing scores of them, injuring others and destroying their ammunition.

Syria’s Army Air Force carried out 20 sorties during which 100 strikes were directed against terrorists gatherings in Khan al-Asal, al-Mansoura, Mehrata, al-Zurba,Dahret Abed Rabu, Khan Touman, Uram al-Kubra in Aleppo countryside, the source added, noting that the strikes destroyed gatherings of terrorists and killed a number of them and injured others.

Syrian and Russian army air forces targeted convoys of terrorists south west of Aleppo and destroyed three positions for them in Khan Touman, al-Zurbeh and Qabtan al-Jabal areas.

Earlier, Syrian Air Force launched 100 airstrikes on terrorists’ gatherings in the areas of Khan al-Assal, al-Mansoura, Maarata, al-Zarba, FDahrit Abed Rabah, Khan Touman and Oram al-Kobra in the countryside of Aleppo.

Terrorist organizations acknowledge death of 64 terrorists in Aleppo southern countryside

Terrorist organizations acknowledged the death of 64 of their members, including some of their leaders, in Aleppo’s southern countryside during the past 24 hours.

The terrorist organizations said on their websites that scores of their members were killed, including the deputy of the military official of southern Aleppo countryside in Ahrar al-Cham movement Abu Bakr al-Shami, and terrorists Abu Hamza al-Shami, Mohammad Hassan al-Khateeb, Haitham al-Darweesh, and Mohammad Abdul-Qder Jababini who were field commanders in al-Jabha al-Chamia, al-Cham legion, and Jaish al-Fateh terrorist organizations.

Terrorist organizations also admitted that a Lebanese terrorist nicknamed “Abu Sabri” who was affiliated to “al-Tahreer party” was killed along with tens of terrorists from al-Jabha al-Chamia, Jaish al-Islam, al-Cham legion, the Northern Battalion and Ahrar al-Cham movement terror organizations.
