Army inflicts heavy losses upon terrorists in countryside of Hama and Idleb

Provinces – Army units targeted with artillery fires hideouts and positions of snipers of the terrorist groups in the village of Tal Othman and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama Province, killing or injuring many of the terrorists.

SANA said that army units observed works of tunnel digging by bulldozers and building barricades by terrorists of the so-called al-Ezza battalions affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Zaka village in northwestern Hama, where the units targeted them, killing many while the other terrorists fled away.

 In the southern countryside of Idleb, an army unit targeted positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the surrounding of al-Khowyn village, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

Army units liberate more areas in the Syrian desert from Daesh terrorists

Army units liberated new areas in the area located between the administrative border of Homs and Deir Ezzor during the military operations against the remnants of Daesh(ISIS) terrorists in the Syrian al-Badiya (desert).

SANA said that the army units, in cooperation with the allied forces, combed wide areas in the Syrian al-Badiya on several directions, in which the forces operating in Deir Ezzor began the sweeping operations, with the first axis starting from Hreibshah alongside the administrative border of Homs province until the surroundings of al-Tanf oil field in the south.

SANA added that the army units moved from al-Faidah village forces operating in al-Sikhneh Badiya pursued fleeing Daesh terrorists, liberating the areas of al-Rashwanieh, al-Taraym and al-Niyarbeh.

SANA indicated that the army units tightened the noose around Daesh’s remnants and destroyed their vehicles and weapons along the administrative border between Deir Ezzor and Homs.
