Army Establishes Full Control over Armament Academy in Aleppo, Destroys 400m-long Tunnel in Harasta

PROVINCES- Army units, in cooperation with allied forces, carried out a special and swift military operation, establishing full control over Armament Academy and expanding their control in the area of military academies to the south of Aleppo city, according to the state news agency SANA.

A military source said that full control was established over the Armament Academy after eliminating all the hotbeds of the terrorists in it, along with carrying out intensive airstrikes against the supply routes of the terrorists in the southern and northern countryside.

 The source added that the Syrian army air force carried out intensive air strikes against gatherings and fortifications of Jaish al-Fateh terrorists in Aleppo countryside, destroying a number of their vehicles and killing scores of them and injuring others.

The source indicated that the airstrikes targeted the supply routes and gatherings of the terrorists in Khan Touman and Ma’arata in the southern countryside, destroying a number of the machinegun-equipped vehicles and killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.

The army air force also carried out intensive airstrikes against positions of Jabhat-al-Nusra-linked takfiri terrorist organizations, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel in the village of Hreitan, al-Mallah farms, al-Uwaijeh, Khan Touman stores and Ma’rata in Aleppo northern countryside.

A 400m–long tunnel for the terrorists Destroyed in Harasta

An army unit destroyed a 400m–long tunnel for the terrorists of the Saudi-affiliated “Jaish al-Islam” group in Harasta in Damascus Countryside.

According to a military source, the tunnel was equipped with lights and air holes and included operation rooms from where attacks on citizens and military positions in the area are prepared and launched.

The source said that destroying the tunnel has caused the destruction of a building where members from the terrorist group were hiding, killing all the terrorists inside.  

Daraa

Terrorist leaders Killed

An army unit carried out Saturday evening a precise operation targeting a command center for the terrorist groups in Tafas town in the northwestern countryside of Daraa province.

The military source told SANA that a number of terrorist leaders who were holding a meeting at the center were killed as a result of the operation.

Later, the source said an army unit targeted on Sunday gatherings of terrorists in al-Bajabjeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa city, leaving 8 of them dead and a number of their vehicles destroyed.

Sweida

ISIS Fuel Trucks Destroyed

Meanwhile, SANA reporter said an army unit destroyed 10 ISIS fuel tanker trucks in Mashbak al-Wedian area to the east of Shaaf village in the eastern countryside of Sweida province.

Homs

The Syrian army air force destroyed ISIS armored vehicles and machineguns-equipped cars in the surroundings of al-Shaer oil field, desolated brigade (al-Katibeh al-Mahjoura), Talet al-Sawaneh in the countryside of Homs Province.

An army unit killed at least 6 terrorists in a precise operation on hideouts of Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called Ahrar al-Sham in Talbiseh and al-Rastan in the northern countryside of Homs province.

The killed terrorists are Mohammad Mustafa, Fahd Kayyal, Mohammad Abdul-Moeen al-Deheik, Mahmoud al-Deheik, Ahmad Ali al-Bakkar and Nazhan Nasif.
