Army establishes control over new areas, air strikes inflict heavy losses upon terrorists

Provinces – Army and Armed forces carried out on Saturday wide military operations, establishing control over new area, targeting terrorists’ dens in several areas around the country where many terrorists were killed or injured and their weapons were destroyed, SANA reported.

Aleppo

Army units established control Saturday over the villages and towns of Maraen, Hamimeyeh, Hamidah, Hamidi, al-Meshrfeh and al-Sabhiyeh on the southwestern side of Aleppo city, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorist organizations in personnel and equipment, and is still pursuing the rest on them who fled in the area.

 Earlier on Saturday, the Syrian air force destroyed dens and hideouts of “Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham” (ISIS) terrorist organization in the towns of Maskana, al-Sheikh Ahmad and Um Arkila in the countryside of Aleppo northern province.

Homs

The army air force destroyed vehicles the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorists, some equipped with machineguns, killing and injuring a number of them in the army operations against their hideouts and gatherings in the village of Khanaifis in the countryside of Palmyra, and the villages of Rasm al-Sabaa and Gzaileh in the eastern countryside.

In the northern countryside of Homs Central Province, The army air force targeted the terrorist’ gatherings and hideouts in the villages and towns of al-Ghanto, Tal Abu al-Sanasel, al-farhaniyeh, Talbiseh and Tair Maala.

The army also destroyed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorist organizations’ headquarters, hotbeds and vehicles, some equipped with machineguns.

Hama & Idleb

The army air force targeted the hideouts and gatherings of the so-called Jaish al-Fateh terrorists in the villages and towns of al-Latameneh, skaik, al-Mestriha, Tal Hawaqs, Wadi Jafar and in the surroundings of al-Tawbah School in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama and Idleb provinces.

A number of terrorists were killed and injured, mostly of Jabhat al-Nusra, and their vehicles, some equipped with machineguns, and amounts of weapons and ammunition were destroyed in the army operation.

The army also killed and injured a number of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist s, destroying their machineguns-equipped vehicles in operations against their hideouts in the villages of Rasm Amoun, Rasm al-Tineh and al-Hamdaniyeh in the eastern and northeastern countryside of the two provinces.

In the eastern countryside of Idleb, the army destroyed the hideouts and vehicles, some equipped with machineguns, of the terrorists of the so-called Jaish al-Fateh in Maarat al-Nua’man.

Damascus countryside

10 terrorists killed and injured in Damascus Countryside by army bombardment

An army unit bombarded the gatherings and hideouts of the so-called al-Itehad al-Islami of Ajnad al-Sham terrorists in Daraiya in Damascus countryside.

The army bombardments killed and injured ten terrorists of the so-called al-Itehad al-Islami of Ajnad al-Sham, among them terrorists nickenamed Abu Qutaibah and Abu Dajaneh, in addition to Bassam Nouh, Ali al-Masri and Fadi Abu al-Rish.

Daraa

A unit of the army established control on 22 buildings to the south of the national Hospital in Daraa al-Mahata after eliminating dens of the terrorists there.

Meanwhile, an army unit destroyed a terrorist command center, killing all terrorists inside it in Daraa al-Balad area in the southern Daraa province.

An army unit also eliminated Jabhat al-Nusra and other Takfiri terrorist organization’s hotbed to the south of the vicinity of the electricity company in Daraa al-Mahata.

A number of terrorists were killed and injured and their heavy machinegun-equipped car was destroyed in an army unit operation against their den on al-Ghariyat road in the northeastern countryside of the province.

Meantime, the terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media websites the killing of a number of their members, among them terrorist Mohammad Zaki al-Dagher.
