Idleb – Syrian Arab Army units operating in Idleb province on Saturday established control over a number of villages and towns in the southeastern countryside of Idleb city, as part of the operations against Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the area.
A military source said that following violent clashes with Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists, army units established control over the villages and towns of Sarja Sharqiya, Oum al-Halahil, Sheikh Baraka, Hawa, Tal Amara, and Oum Mouaylat in the southeastern countryside of Idleb, SANA reported.
The source added that the army’s operaitons killed a large number of al-Nusra terrorists and destroyed their weapons and ammo.
