Army destroys al-Nusra positions in outskirts of al-Rehjan in Hama’s eastern countryside
Hama – Syrian Arab Army units destroyed on Sunday Jabhat al-Nusra fortified hideouts and dens in the outskirts of al-Rehjan town which is located around 70 km northeast of Hama city.
SANA said that the army and its allies, supported by the Air Force, carried out intensive operations targeting the dens of al-Nusra terrorist organization in the surroundings and outskirts of al-Rehjan.
SANA also reported that the military operations destroyed many terrorist organization’s dens and vehicles and inflicted heavy losses upon them.
The town of al-Rahjan is located in Salamiyah area, and was considered one of the most dangerous strongholds of al-Nusra in the eastern countryside of Hama, which the terrorists used to launch attacks on the neighboring villages and communities.
