Army continues operations against Takfiri terrorists

Provinces – Army units on Sunday launched more military operations against dens and positions of the Takfiri terrorist organizations in different areas across the country, killing scores of their members and destroying their arms and equipment, SANA reported.

Daraa

Army units destroyed dens, vehicles and gatherings of terrorist organizations in Daraa al-Balad and al-Mahatta neighborhood in the southern Daraa province.

A military source said that an army unit killed all members of a terrorist group in a special operation to the south of Busra Square and targeted gatherings of terrorists and their vehicles in al-Talaibeh Square and to southwest of the fourth intersection in Daraa al-Mahatta neighborhood.

The source added that an army unit destroyed two hideouts for the terrorists in al-Kark neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.

Sweida

An army unit destroyed an oil tanker truck for ISIS terrorists in Mashbak al-Wedian area east of Shaaf in the eastern countryside of Sweida province.
