Daraa – Armed groups violated the Russian memorandum on de-escalation zones and fired shells on civilians’ houses in Daraa city.
The armed groups positioned in Daraa al-Balad area targeted with rocket and mortar shells al-Kashif and al-Qusour neighborhoods in Daraa city, causing material damage to the locals’ houses and properties, SANA reported.
