Archbishop Kirkur: Syria achieved victory over terrorism thanks to the unity of its people

Cairo (ST): The Archbishop of Alexandria for the Armenian Catholics Kirkur Kusa has affirmed that Syria achieved victory on terrorism and presented an example to be followed in steadfastness and defence of its sovereignty.

In a statement he made following Christmas mass, archbishop Kirkur said that the victory of Syria was achieved thanks to the unity of its people in confrontation of terrorism, referring to the return of security and stability to the majority of the Syrian territories.

He added that Syria is the cradle of heavenly religions, peaceful co-existence and truthfulness, praying to God Almighty for the restoration of security and stability to all Syrian territories.
