Araghchi: Iran Will Use All its Diplomatic Capacities to Support Lebanon and the Region to Confront the Zionist Entity

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stressed that his country will use all its diplomatic energies to support Lebanon and the region in the face of the aggression of the Zionist entity.
The Lebanese News Agency reported that upon his arrival in Beirut today, Araghchi discussed with the head of the Lebanese caretaker government Najib Mikati the current situation in Lebanon and the region.
Araghchi expressed” his country’s keenness on supporting Lebanon in the face of the Israeli aggression, ” noting that Iran will launch a diplomatic campaign to support Lebanon, including requesting a meeting of the organization of the Islamic Conference in this regard.
In addition, the Iranian IRNA News Agency reported that Araghchi also met in Beirut with the Iranian diplomatic corps in Lebanon, where he discussed with them the latest developments in the Lebanese arena.
During the meeting, the Iranian Foreign Minister stressed the need to use all the diplomatic energies of the Islamic Republic of Iran to protect Lebanon and the region against the aggression of the Zionist entity and its evil practices.
