Arab tribes in the Syrian Al-Jazira region call for joining the “No to Occupation” campaign

The Arab tribes of Tayi, Al-Sharabiyyin, and Al-Sada Al-Ma’amra tribes in the Syrian Al-Jazira renewed their rejection of the presence of the occupation forces in all their forms on the Syrian lands, and called on all citizens in the region to join the “No to occupation” campaign within the framework of the popular resistance there.

In a statement, the Arab Tayi Tribe Council called on the clans to join the “No to Occupation” campaign within the framework of the popular resistance in the Syrian Jazira against all forms of occupation of the Syrian territories, and in rejection of colonial practices and Zionist-American plans that aim to ignite discord and spread chaos in Al-Jazira.

In its statement, the tribe called for the rejection of all US-backed terrorist formations, which bear various names such as the so-called (New Syrian Army or the New National Army), behind which the American occupation forces intend to create a state of dispersion and prolong the crisis.

The Arab Tayi tribe urged the honorable people of the Syrian Jazira from all the tribes, clans and national social components to reject the sedition projects and support the campaign, which calls for rejecting the occupation’s existence, resisting it and forcing it to withdraw.

For its part, the Arab al-Sharabiyyin tribe issued a statement condemning the repeated practices of the Turkish occupier against civilians who suffer from thirst as a result of cutting off their drinking water. It called on all tribes and clans to unify the ranks to expel the occupation and support the campaign and all forms of popular resistance.

In its statement, the tribe reiterated the tribe’s support for the Syrian Arab Army in combating terrorism and defending Syrian sovereignty, stressing the right of the Syrian people to determine their own destiny away from all forms of external interference and projects of American hegemony.

Al-Sada Al-Ma’amra tribe issued a statement calling on the Arab tribesmen to support the popular campaigns rejecting the American occupation and to resist all kinds of occupation.

The statement rejected any illegal foreign presence on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, calling on the tribesmen to foster popular resistance.
