Arab Parliament: Armenia’s recognition of the state of Palestine is a new victory for the Palestinian cause

The Arab Parliament welcomed the decision of the Republic of Armenia to recognize Palestine as an independent sovereign state, stressing that this decision is a new victory for the Palestinian cause, diplomacy and the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

The Arab Parliament said in a statement today:” this recognition is an important step in the right direction towards the recognition of the state of Palestine by many countries of the world, ” stressing that the increasing international recognition of the state of Palestine is a practical response to the failed plans of the occupation entity to undermine the Palestinian issue.

The Arab Parliament called on all countries that have not yet recognized the state of Palestine to move forward with recognition as a step towards ending the historical injustice that the Palestinian people have been subjected to for decades of occupation, calling on the international community and all countries to support the Palestinian right, the Palestinian people and their just cause.
