On May 16th, Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab Lawyers Union, Mueen Ghazi, affirmed that the presidential elections in Syria are a constitutional entitlement that comes within its victories in the face of the multiform global war against it.
The Union organized a big rally in the Lebanese Bekaa in solidarity with Syria in the face of the terrorist war and unilateral coercive measures against it and with the Palestinian people in the face of the Israeli aggression.
Ghazi indicated that Syria’s victories in the face of the global war against it will culminate in the holding of presidential elections, which are a constitutional right and a national duty for all Syrian citizens.
Ghazi stressed the need to support Syria in the face of the aggressive war against it, due to its adherence to the Palestinian cause and the causes of its nation, and its insistence on liberating the entire usurped Arab soil.
Ghazi called for the support of the Palestinian people in confronting the Zionist criminal machine.
