Aoun denounces the continuous Israeli violations of the Lebanese airspace

Beirut, (ST) –  Lebanese President Michel Aoun denounced the continuous Israeli occupation’s violations of the Lebanese airspace.

During his meeting on Wednesday with the commander of the international forces operating in the south, General Aroldo Lazaro, General Aroldo Lazaro, Aoun said that the Israeli air violations of Lebanese airspace violate Resolution 1701. He indicated that the continuation of these violations will prompt Lebanon to file a complaint against Israel before the UN Security Council.

President Aoun referred the importance of coordination between the Lebanese army and UNIFIL forces to enhance stability in southern Lebanon.
