Antonov: Providing the Kiev regime with weapons and mercenaries is a dangerous act

Washington (ST): The Russian ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, warned the United States and its allies of the dangers of pumping weapons and sending foreign mercenaries to Ukraine, and of the threat that this poses to European and global security.

The ambassador said in a statement today: “The supply of arms to the Kiev regime and the dispatch of foreign mercenaries is an extremely irresponsible and dangerous act, as the militarization of Ukraine directly threatens European and global security.”

Antonov added : “Arms are being transferred to Ukraine due to the arbitrary interpretation of national export control laws by the authorities of Western countries, and licenses are often approved in a simplified system, as a result of which a significant part of the weapons ends up in the hands of bandits, Nazis, terrorists and criminals”.

Antonov  concluded “The West doesn’t really realize that be-headers who came from all over the world to Europe and after gaining combat experience in Ukraine can later apply it anywhere, including when returning to their homelands.”
