Antonov: America’s training of Kiev regime’ forces to operate Patriot systems confirms its involvement in the Ukrainian crisis

Washington-Ottawa (ST): The Russian ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov affirmed that the Pentagon’s decision to train the forces of the Kiev regime to operate Patriot missile defense systems confirms the US involvement in the Ukrainian crisis.

Sputnik quoted Antonov as saying, commenting on the upcoming training course in the United States for Ukrainian soldiers to operate Patriot missile defense systems: “The decision of the American military administration to organize a training course in Fort Sill in Oklahoma is another confirmation of Washington’s actual participation in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Nazi criminals from Kiev. Western countries, led by the United States and Britain, continue to fuel the situation in Ukraine by providing the Kiev regime with huge funds and military equipment, which Moscow considers “playing with fire” by NATO countries.”

In turn, Russia’s ambassador to Canada Oleg Stepanov said that Ottawa’s declaration of providing additional military aid to Ukraine seemed “ridiculous” in light of the country’s internal problems.
