Israeli and Egyptian tourists were killed by a policeman in Alexandria

Two Israeli tourists and an Egyptian were killed today by police gunfire in the Mansheya area in Alexandria, northern Egypt.

The Egyptian Extra News channel quoted a security source that a police officer assigned to the security service in the Mansheya area in Alexandria randomly fired shots from his personal weapon, while one of the Israeli tourist groups was at the Pillar Shrine.

The source indicated that the shooting caused the death of two tourists and an Egyptian and the wounding of another.

The source added that the policeman was immediately arrested and the injured person was hospitalized.
