An Israeli soldier killed in a heroic operation east of occupied Al-Quds

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – In response to the crimes of the occupying entity against the Palestinians, the Palestinian resistance carried out today a heroic operation east of occupied Al-Quds killing an Israeli soldier and injuring others.

Palestinian media reported that three resistance fighters opened fire on the occupation soldiers at a military checkpoint at a crossroads near Al-Za’im town, east of occupied Al-Quds, killing one of them and wounding eight others before two of the resistance fighters were martyred and the third was arrested.

The occupation forces closed the entrances to the surrounding towns and villages, strengthened their, military presence in the region and erected checkpoints in the towns of Silwan, Ras al-Amud, al-Tur, al-Issawiya, and Shuafat.

The Palestinian resistance factions affirmed that this operation is a natural response to the occupation massacres and crimes in Gaza and the West Bank and comes in the context of the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to defend their sanctities and land against the bloody Nazi gang in the occupying entity.

It is noteworthy that this is the second operation within a week carried out by the Palestinian resistance, where on the 16th of this month , a Palestinian opened fire on a group of settlers east of the occupied city of Ashdod, killing two settlers and wounding three others.
