An Iraqi source: Quantities of fuel and foodstuffs sent to Syria

Baghdad (ST): An official source at the Iraqi embassy in Damascus said that quantities of oil derivatives, foodstuffs and humanitarian aid were sent from Iraq to Syria, to face the repercussions of the earthquake.

The source added, in a statement that about 1,000 tons of foodstuffs, which will arrive today via the air bridge, have been sent, and they include 600 tons of rice, 100 tons of sugar, 100 tons of legumes, 100 tons of oil, and more than 50 tons of bulgur.
