An Iraqi Initiative Strengthens Food Security in Syria

Quantities of wheat have arrived at the Homs silos as part of a campaign to deliver 220,000 tons as a gift from Iraq to the Syrian people.

The first batch entered through the Al-Qa’im crossing into Deir Ezzor and is currently being received for distribution across the provinces.
