An Iranian ship loaded with food arrives in Venezuela

Caracas,(ST)- The Iranian ambassador to Venezuela, Hajjatullah Soltani, announced the arrival of the sixth Iranian ship to Venezuelan waters.

“The Klestan ship, which is loaded with food and equipment necessary to confront Covid 19 virus, entered the Venezuelan waters,” IRNA quoted Sultani as saying on Twitter today.

During the past weeks, Iran sent five oil tankers to Venezuela, in defiance of the American blockade imposed on this country. This angered Washington and ledit to launch threats and send warships to intercept Iranian ships.

It is noteworthy that Venezuela is exposed to attempts of American interference in its internal affairs and its destabilization by tightening economic and financial sanctions and supporting right-wing forces to revive their plans to dominate this country.
