An Indian businessman provides humanitarian aid to those affected by the earthquake in Syria

New Delhi, (ST) – Kapil  Bhatia, an Indian businessman, provided humanitarian aid to Syria, in support of those affected by the earthquake.

Bhatia, the owner of the Indigo Civil Aviation Company, which is the largest airline fleet in India, told a SANA reporter that he donated 20 tons of relief and food materials to Syria on a private plane to the United Arab Emirates, to be transported from there to Syria.

Bhatia expressed his deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the Syrian people and the families of the victims of the devastating earthquake.
