An attack targeting a prison controlled by “SDF” militia in the countryside of Al-Shaddadi

Al-Hasakah,(ST) –  Two gunmen from the “SDF militia” supported by the American occupation were injured in an attack targeting a prison of the occupation forces in the Kobiba oil field in Al-Shaddadi area in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah.

Local sources reported to SANA that, an attack with automatic weapons and mortar shells targeted Kobeba prison, in which the American occupation forces are holding dozens of ISIS terrorists in the Kobeba oil field located in Al-Shaddadi area. The targeting of the Kobeba prison caused the injury of two armed men from the “SDF militia” – a militia that protects and controls the prison with the American occupation forces.

 

The sources indicated that the attack coincided with the transfer of 40 prisoners of the terrorist organization from the prison, most of them from Iraqi and Tunisian nationalities, to the American base prison in Al-Shaddadi area.

The sources also said that, the attack  caused the death of two of the attackers, while military helicopters of the occupation forces intervened and combed the area surrounding the prison.

Yesterday, the American occupation forces transferred, by two military helicopters, 60 ISIS terrorists from the prisons that they set up in cooperation with the “SDF militia” in Al-Hasakah governorate to the Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor with the aim of using the terrorist groups to implement Washington’s plans in the region.
