An American writer: Washington’s blessing of the Israeli massacres in Gaza is a disgrace to Americans

More than 14 thousand martyrs and thousands of wounded and displaced in the open, and it does not seem that “Israel’s” brutality and massacres in Gaza may abate soon, especially since the United States has given the occupation forces the green light to commit whatever massacres they wish.

These remarks were made by  the American writer and journalist Philip Weiss who described the US stand as a stain that will forever mark the history and consciences of Americans.

Weiss pointed out in the context of an article published by the Washington-based Mondoweiss website that the administration of US President Joe Biden openly supports the massacres committed by Israel in Gaza and ignores  the Israeli bombing of hospitals one after another which left tens of thousands of martyrs  daily in horrific massacres.

Weiss explained that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is preparing to spend $100 million to obliterate  any opposition that could appear in Congress against the “Israel” massacres in Gaza, while university administrations across America are pursuing any student organization or protest movement that may oppose  Israeli crimes against Palestinians.

The American journalist pointed out that Israel and its supporters in the United States are preparing themselves for the second part of the campaigns of persecution and massacres against the Palestinians, with Washington’s blessing, and  imposing the events of a second Nakba  with the approval of the leaders of the West.

As for the United States, it is the main sponsor of “Israel’s” crimes, as it continues to finance the war and the  genocide against innocent civilians and children in Gaza, and this alone will remain a disgrace engraved in the history of Americans.
