American businessman: Washington’s policy is the cause of the Ukrainian crisis

Washington (ST): American businessman David Sachs stressed that the US policy did not allow the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis and became a reason for launching the Russian military operation there. Sachs explained in his speech during the conference of the American Conservative website that the United States, which was publicly and continuously insisting on Kiev’s right to join the North Atlantic Treaty “NATO”, did not actually intend to accept this former Soviet republic in it and at the same time was ignoring Moscow’s position, which considers Ukraine’s accession  to NATO a red line with regard to its security.

Sachs expressed doubts about the diplomatic capabilities of the employees of the US State Department, recalling that the United States has been solving all international issues during the past two decades by military means.
