Ambassador Haddad warns against Kiev authorities turning Ukraine into “European Idlib”

Syria’s ambassador to Russia, Dr. Riad Haddad, warned against the decision of the Kiev authorities to form the so-called “International Legion” and invite foreign mercenaries to the country, indicating that this matter could turn the Ukraine into a “large European Idlib.”

Ambassador Haddad told TASS today, commenting on the establishment of a foreign legion in the Ukraine: “It is necessary for the world to be aware of this looming danger that seeks to turn the Ukraine into a large European Idlib,” indicating that it constitutes a threat to Russian, European and even global security.

Haddad indicated that through such actions, Kiev, with the support of the West, allows terrorists to infiltrate Europe and gives them freedom to act there, indicating that these forces, with NATO weapons in their hands, will be used to achieve the political interests of Western countries that are still unable to realize the danger posed by such practices on the world and the entire human civilization.
