Ambassador Dayoub stresses the importance of the strategic relationship between Syria and Iran

On January 16th, the Syrian ambassador to Tehran, Dr. Shafiq Dayoub stressed the importance of the strategic relationship between Syria and Iran.

Dayoub said that the continuation of cooperation with allies and friends in combating terrorism and aggression until every inch of Syrian land is liberated.

Dayoub met with a delegation that included a number of officials and those in charge of the Association of Martyrs of the Holy Places in Syria, the Martyrs Foundation in Iran and some families of martyrs and kidnapped persons who were martyred and kidnapped in Syria.

During the meeting, Dayoub said that the duty to honor the martyrs through serious work to develop strategic relations between the two countries and to strengthen the axis of resistance in various fields.

For their part, the Head of the Association of Servants of the Martyrs Defending the Holy Places, the cultural and educational assistant of the Martyr Foundation in Iran, the President of the Research Association, a number of the wounded, and the fathers and mothers of some of the martyrs and kidnapped, stressed the necessity of fulfilling the martyrs’ approach to making sacrifices, preserving achievements and strengthening strategic relations between the two countries.
