All Israeli measures in occupied Al-Quds null and illegal: Palestinian Foreign Ministry

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has stressed that all the measures taken by the Israeli occupation to Judaize occupied Al-Quds are null and illegal and they are doomed to failure thanks to the residents’ steadfastness and insistence to stay in their city.

In a statement reported by WAFA News Agency on Wednesday, the ministry said the Israeli measures aimed at isolating Al-Quds, dividing its neighborhoods and facilitating settlers’ raids into Al-Aqsa Mosque, pointing out that these measures have restricted the movement of Al-Quds residents, particularly in the old city due to setting up many Israeli checkpoints.

The ministry clarified that the escalation of the Israeli extremist settlers’ raids into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the occupation forces and their attacks on Islamic and Christian sanctities in occupied Al-Quds are an integral part of the occupation’s open war on the city. These attacks aim at changing the city’s situation, obliterating its identity and creating a new situation that serves the occupation’s colonialist schemes, the ministry pointed out.
