Algerian Humanitarian Aid to Syria

 ALGIERS,(ST)_Spokesman for the Algerian   Foreign Affairs Ministry  Ammar Belani  stressed on Tuesday  that Algeria had decided to send humanitarian aid to Syria.

Belani  told the Algerian News Agency  that Algeria had decided to send the first batch of humanitarian aid to  the Syrian Red Crescent through the Algerian Red Crescent via Beirut airport, pointing out that this aid will be sent on goods transportation plane of the Algerian  Airways on  three Cruises consist of 40 tons of food, pharmaceutical products and blankets.

Belani  stressed that sending humanitarian aid is  a “gesture of solidarity towards the brotherly Syrian people”.
