Algeria Arrested Terrorists Fighting in Syria

ALGIERS,(ST)_Algerian competent authorities arrested  four persons who  were active in the former so-called “Islamic Salvation Army,” in al- Chlef state on suspicion of working in  a network of  terrorist extremist groups that  recruits young Algerians to fight in Syria  with al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra group.

The Algerian al- Shorouk paper quoted informed sources as saying .. It’s about four persons from the “white ground “area to the north of al-Chlef, after suspicion of connecting with a network operating in the country linked to extremist terrorist groups in Syria ,Libya , and Tunisia recruiting  young Algerians  to fight with al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra front in Syria.”

On Monday, the ” Tunisian”  newspaper revealed that  four Tunisian terrorists aged between 20 and 21 years  were killed while  fighting alongside the armed terrorist groups in Syria.

Noteworthy that Arab  and world media recently revealed the existence of hundreds of foreigners fighting alongside the armed terrorist groups in Syria, especially in the ranks of al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front extremist groups .
