Aleppo University Students Express Solidarity with Citizens in Terrorist-Besieged Towns of Kafraya and al-Fouaa

ALEPPO, (ST)-Scores of Aleppo University students and children have gathered in Aleppo city on Monday to express solidarity with the citizens in the terrorist-besieged towns of Kafraya and al-Fouaa in Idleb province.

The children gave speeches calling on the international community and humanitarian organizations to deliver food and medicine to the children in the two towns and to lift the siege imposed on them.

Other speeches were given by Aleppo Governor Hussien Dyab, Secretary of the Baath Arab Socialist Party’s Aleppo branch Fadel Najjar and Aleppo University Rector  Dr. Mustafa Afioni who hailed the steadfastness of the two towns’ citizens.

The speakers asserted that the Syrian Arab army will liberate the towns of Kafraya and al-Fouaa from terrorist groups that are using starvation against children, women and elderly people to break their will, according to Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

Terrorist groups have been besieging the two towns for almost three years during which they shelled them with various types of weapons, killing and injuring a lot of innocent civilians.
