Aleppo City Council is optimistic about improving its real estate revenues
Head of the Aleppo City Council, Maad Medelji, revealed that large funds and expenditures have been allocated to improve the situation of the cleaning sector in the densely populated popular neighborhoods.
Medlaji indicated that Law (49) and its application are not sufficient deterrents to violators, pointing to the need to raise the value of the fees to deter violators.
Al-Madlaji considered in an interview with “TishreenNewspaper ” that the approved budget is unable to rehabilitate (523) parks, but they are being rehabilitated consecutively.
He stressed that it has been approved to evacuate 1,500 buildings in popular neighborhoods in the interest of public safety, noting that most of them are in Fardous and Saleheen districts.
He hoped that the revenues that are signed with the housing associations to supplement the city’s treasury on the one hand, and of the apartments whose records are being built, amounting to 35 thousand apartments for all associations along records in several areas in the city of Aleppo.
