Albusaidi: Western Countries Must Put an End to Israeli Aggressions in The Region

The Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi, called on the Western countries to force the Israeli occupation entity to put an end to its aggressions in the Middle East.

The Omani News Agency quoted Albusaidi as saying in a statement to the Financial Times: “there is a moral obligation on the Western powers to force Israel to end its attacks in the Middle East and exercise a greater role beyond just the policy of persuasion, and that there should be some kind of restrictions imposed on Israel to stop its aggression.

Albusaidi called on Western countries to abandon the “outdated Cold War habit” of unconditional support for the Israeli entity.

The Omani Foreign Minister stressed that” if the root causes of the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories had been addressed, the national resistance movements would not have escalated everywhere, “adding: “dealing with Iran also as a” hostile force ” is actually the agenda of the prime minister of the Israeli entity Benjamin Netanyahu, and no country should follow suit.

Albusaidi pointed out that the only party that wants to continue the war is “Israel” and the world is failing to stop it and to force it to put an end to this madness.
