Al-Watan Oman: President al-Assad’s interview with Russia Today channel expressed the leadership’s  balanced discourse

Al-Watan Omani newspaper said that the interview conducted by Russia Today channel with President Bashar al-Assad provided luminous and logical glimpses that expressed the leadership’s model in its balanced and rational discourse.

The paper said that the successes achieved by Syria over the past 11 years were the result of rules, values and a firm national will.

The Omani writer Khamis bin Obaid Al-Qutaiti said in an article published by the newspaper on June 15thunder the title “Luminous Glimpses of President Al-Assad’s Interview” that this interview provided luminous and logical glimpses that expressed the leadership’s idealism in its balanced and rational discourse directed to the world and the people of the Syrian nation.

The Syrian leader , who provided advanced qualitative intellectual illumination in all speeches, interviews, and even spontaneous conversations with the Syrian people or the Arabs on all occasions.

The writer added that President al-Assad began this interview with the courage that we have always known in his stances since the first Arab summit he participated in, which was an important part of the targeting campaign directed against Syria.

The writer continued: President al-Assad’s intellectual and confident capabilities, compatible with truth and logic, and in harmony with the Syrian national conscience, were demonstrated.

Khamis said that all these successes that Syria achieved over the past 11 years were the result of firm rules, values and national will, especially that victory over terrorism and the international conspiracy represents the most important degree of success, and that what will follow in achieving growth and stability will lead the next stage so that Syria will remain the beating heart of Arabism.

The writer concluded his article by saying that President al-Assad speaks with great confidence, balanced talk and intellectual logic that confirms after every meeting or speech the capabilities of the Syrian, starting from the ordinary citizen to the head of state, to reveal the Syrian imprint and the secrets of the people’s steadfastness and the legendary army that realized what he planned for his country was at the level of confrontation.
