Al-Wafa’a center for disabled

Al-wafa’a center for training and rehabilitating disabled has recently carried out many humanitarian activities in al-Sweida governorate.

The humanitarian center, with headquarters in the mountainous village of al-Khafer, has organized recently in cooperation with al-Boustan Chariitable Associalaton a special event for distributing 150 food basket for our Syrian homeless brothers in al-Sweida city.

The activity also contained a briefing on the center aims regarding strengthening social communication between disabled and their surrounding through organizing parties, trips, exhibitions, and Symposiums in abed that aimed at bridging gabs between them and society.

Under the title of “Let us plant smiles on our children’s faces” the center has also organized a special celebration for 58 disabled children in al-sweida.

The celebration contained many activities that have carried out by specialists.

The activities included special games for children in addition to drawing on their faces, playing, singing, and dancing with them.

The participants children have also taken part in a special fair that organized by the center official’s on traffic lows in our country.

The fair included 60 panels on the best ways for keeping traffic safety namely for disabled.

The event which took place in al-Sweida Education Center also contained two lectures on the role of” the Syrian Association for Avoiding traffic accidents” regarding protecting citizens life’s.

 The two lectures also discussed the traffic reality in al-Sweida governorate.

The organizers of the event also gave priority for the importance of developing the traffic net in sweida due to the increased number of cars and people.
