The Head of the Daraa City Council, Eng. Amin al-Omari said in a statement to Al-Thawra Newspaper: “The technical workshops and engineering mechanisms are continuing the rehabilitation of the Daraa Al-Balad border crossing with the Jordanian Ramtha in preparation for its opening soon.”
He clarified that the operations of transporting waste, rubble and cement barriers that the former regime had placed are ongoing in order to restore the destroyed service buildings.
